ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Smart Text Webservice is not working the same as in 23C
In 23D the functionality "Variable Substitution for Smart Texts using REST API" (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/faaps/UC_Variable_Substitution_for_Smart_Texts.html) is not working.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Values of the Service request variables should be fetched and displayed in Smart Text Response
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Postman make a call the following REST API:
https://<POD URL>:443/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/smartTexts/00020000000255530000000EACED00057708000110F09A830876/action/processSmartText
with the following body:
{
"paramsValuesJson": "{puid: 000012345}"
}
In the response, the SR values for Puid 000012345 aren´t mapped.
