SOCS UI: 'Internal Server Error' on DSD Receiving Screen (Doc ID 2993557.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create DSD receiving on SOCS UI,the following error occurs:

Internal Server Error
Could not find property iterator in class oracle.adfmf.bindings.dbf.AmxCollect

Steps To Recreate:
1. Login to SOCS UI.
2. Select store A.
3. Navigate to Shipping & Receiving > DSD Receiving.
4. Note the above error.
