Not Able To Place The Drilldown On Participant Name For Conditional Drilldown To Diff Pages On Dashb (Doc ID 2993634.1)

Goal

We have a Dashboard named Manager Dashboard. And on this dashboard we have several pages. Each page displays information about specific plan assignment for a Participant.

The very first page is the homepage, where all reportees of the logged in Manager along with their plan assignment is displayed.
When we drilldown on any of the Participant displayed, it should take us to a different page on same dashboard specific to the plan assigned to that Participant.

As the drilldown is based on plan assignment condition, when we place the drilldown functionality on Participant name the drilldown is not working.

Eg : Edit the Report > Criteria > Participant name > Column properties > Action Links > Insert New Action Link > To navigate to drill down report based on Condition > Provide report name > Click ok and run report> Nothing happens

But when wee place the drilldown on Plan name displayed on the same row, it works as expected.

Edit the Report > Criteria > Plan name > Column properties > Action Links > Insert New Action Link > To navigate to drill down report based on Condition > Provide report name > Click ok and run report> Able to drill down as per the requirement

Is this an expected behavior on conditional drilldowns? And is there a workaround for this?
