Oracle Analytics Reports Fail with "Failed to look up jndi" Error (Doc ID 2993642.1)

OAC Classic reports connecting to onpremise Oracle Database via Remote Data Connector (RDC) fail with below error.

RDC configured based on the official documentation: Connecting Oracle Analytics Cloud to a Remote Data Source
Reports based on another onpremise Database through same RDC in same environment work fine.

There were changes done in the RPD, however no RPD backup was taken.
