Symptoms

Symptom 1>
Credentials are missing for ER process for Golden Gate check point - error while accessing heartbeat information from Console.

Symptom 2>
The Heartbeat History is missing from the Replicats that do have credentials. The Heartbeat tables in the database have the history data, but it no longer shows in the graphs in the GG GUI.
