Symptoms

 After running flow Generate TPS Monthly Contributions Reconciliation File the following error can be seen in TPS Audit Errors and Warnings output:

The ratio between part-time earnings and annual full-time salary is incorrect. It should be less than twice the number of days between start and end date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to My Client Groups, Payroll, Submit a flow.
2. Run flow Generate TPS Monthly Contributions Reconciliation File.
3. Check TPS Audit Errors and Warnings output.
