Goal

When the Nightly batch runs in POM, the Inter-Schedule dependencies are not being enforced. All three apps are kicked off at the same time because the dependencies have been disabled.

1) Setup inter-schedule dependencies in POM's Batch Monitoring between AIF Apps, AIF Data and RPASCE.
2) Restart Schedule and notice that all the dependencies set up in Step 1 are disabled again.
3) Setup nightly batch for AIF Apps, AIF Data and RPASCE to start at a particular time. Ex: 1:00 PM.
4) Once the batch starts at 1PM, all three apps start at the same time. AIF Data should kick off and finish, then AIF APPS should start and then RPASCE should start after AIF APPS has finished.
