P6 XML Import Template Doesn't Convert Global Calendars to Project Calendars (Doc ID 2993816.1)

Symptoms

During P6 .XML import while using the Import Template under Advanced - Calendars and Action - Move to Project, the only calendar that is converted to Project and assigned to All activities is the default calendar of the incoming schedule. Other calendars/assignments don't make it through.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For the existing calendar assignments to remain assigned, and for the global calendars to be moved to project level

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Export a project that has multiple global calendars assigned to activities to P6 XML format
2. Import the P6 XML from step 1, but modify the import template on the advanced tab
3. Set all of the global calendars to 'move to project'
4. Complete import.
5. Check the calendars on activities, some have lost the original calendar assignment and in Enterprise-> Calendars, notice the global calendars have NOT been moved to project level.
