Symptoms

Store Open Date incorrectly change to future date when store hours are updated.

Steps -

1. Tasks: Foundation Data > Location Foundation > Organization Hierarchy
2. Select Store.
3. Store Window Opens.
4. Click on Store Hours and edit values.
5 Save and close store UI. Check data back in Store table. Store_open_date is updated to 20XX from 19XX.
