Symptoms

Asset Type DateTime Fields display 12:00 PM as 00:00 PM when viewing content fields.

In Asset UI, select a content item type of asset that have a date field, and click on View selected asset. The asset view page open, check the date field. As an example, you see something like 10/11/2023 00:00 PM America/New_York. It should show 10/11/2023 12:00 PM America/New_York
