Previous Outlier Data that Has Now Been Removed in AIF (Due to Parameters Change) Still Appears in RDF (Doc ID 2994038.1)

Goal

In previous AIF runs, the preprocessing was calculating positive outlier values. After updating the AIF parameters to stop this from occurring and to allow for only negative outlier values to be calculated, in the latest AIF run there is no longer an outlier calculated for week27 2022 (for example). However, in RDF the positive outlier value is still showing for this week.
