Label printing Errored out with unable to connect Printer service

Unable to connect to the Printer Service.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EICS-Inventory Management
2. Select Print ticket and enter an item
3. Select the format and printer

Expected: label should be printed
Actual: Getting an error message ‘Unable to connect to the Printer Service’.
