Goal

Using stand alone VBCS(Visual Builder Cloud Service) for Fusion extension UI Development.

Part number is B88435. As per Oracle documentation

Oracle PaaS and IaaS Universal Credits Service Descriptions

Page 221, VBCS is billed based on OCPU/Hour, where as when user try to provision VBCS instead it is created based on nodes. there is no way to specify number of OCPU.

Is it safe to assume one VBCS Node as one OCPU with respect to billing ?
