Form Doesn't Save Pictures (Doc ID 2994111.1)

Symptoms

After uploading pictures taken with the camera in a Form, the images are not saved in OFS. No error is presented in the screen, but the images are not visible in the Activity Details screen after saving the Form.

STEPS:

- The user is in a Form.
- Selects an image property and takes captures picture with the device.
- Sends the Form.
- The user returns to the activity details and there are no images presented.
