Not Able To Add Certain OIC Rest Services In Visual Builder (Doc ID 2994113.1)

Symptoms

As of a few weeks ago it is noticed that REST services from Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) can be added easily. Now certain OIC REST services do not appear in the drop down. The custom option has to be used to add them.
