Pricing Inquiry Screen Does not Show the Retail of the Item if it is not Ranged (Doc ID 2994124.1)

Goal

MOM Pricing solution fails to provide an ability to share the Product Retail after Item Approval and when there is no Locations Ranged. After item approval, RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE is populated. Price Inquiry screen should display the price when queried by zone even if the items are not ranged.
