P2T Visual Builder Issues - Fields Are Blank, Pswd Wrong, Grunt.js Wrong (Doc ID 2994181.1)

Symptoms

We were told after P2T we would need to redeploy builds that we have done. Our issue though is currently even standard configuration fields have no fields and we see error message of: There are errors in the service(s) used in this layout. See console logs for details. See attachment but the strange thing is even VB default pages we duplicate from to create custom layouts are also blank.
