Why are Valid Grades in Positions Editable After Defaulting Based on Associated Job?

Steps:

Below profile values are set to Y from N

Go to Navigator > Workforce Structures > Position > Create

Create a new Position

Enter job to be associated with position, grades associated with the job are added in Valid grades Section

Valid grades are Editable and can be modified to any other grade
