Error: "The value for field [DE_NAME] must be unique in row x of the input request file." When Using Import to Create BP Records

Symptoms
When users use import to create Business Process (BP) records in Unifier, the below error is received:
ERROR

The value for field [DE_NAME] must be unique in row x of the input request file. There is another record number containing the same value for this field."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier.
- Open project.
- Open Business Process (BP).
- From BP log, click on Actions > Export CSV Template or Export Microsoft Excel Template.
- Update file with desired data.
- In Unifier click Actions > Import > from CSV Template, or from Microsoft Excel Template.
- Drag and drop updated file.
- Click upload.
- Error will be shown in import audit log and via e-mail: The value for field [DE_NAME] must be unique in row x of the input request file. There is another record number containing the same value for this field".
