Duplicates identified in RDS offset response (Doc ID 2994360.1)

Goal

When data fetched from RDS in different offsets, the response is duplicated.
We have increased the pagination size as a workaround, but we need a permanent solution from Oracle.

Data fetched - 6K+
Pagination size - 1K
Duplicates found in all the offset, hence increased the pagination size to 10K.

In future if we have more than 10K data then we will face this issue again as 10K is the maximum pagination size can be set.
