Slowness while sending information form OFS to Database (Doc ID 2994387.1)

Symptoms

We identified a slowness in the response time from ORDS, which is the REST API layer before reaching the database.

 

Changes

We identified that the customer does not use a Oracle Autonomous Database, but instead they use a standalone database and installed manually the ORDs component.
