Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to access certain pages within Personal Info,
a blank page is received and the following error can be found in the log files.

ERROR

MDS-00013: no metadata found for metadata object "/WEB-INF/oracle/apps/setup/commonSetup/filters/ui/menu/MyEnterprise_quickAction_menu.xml"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Me > Personal Info > Select either Personal Details, Contact Info, Family & Emergency Contacts, or Identification Info > Blank page
2. My Client Groups > Select one of the Personal Details, Contact Info, Family & Emergency Contacts, or Identification Info quick actions > Search for the employee > Blank page
