Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Import contracts with project funding. After activating and fully approving the contracts, they do not get activated. Instead, the status remains in 'Pending Approval'.
In the worklist, all the contracts were approved.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user is expecting that all contracts will show 'Active' status after being fully approved.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import contracts using FBDI.
2. Activate the imported contracts.
3. Have the contracts fully approved.
4. Observe the contracts remaining in Pending Approval and not getting activated.
