Symptoms

When running epmautomate SimulateConcurrentUsage, the following error is encountered for Save Form option:

EPMAT-1:A file identified in the requirement.csv file is not available in the input file

and

EPMAT-1:Invalid contents available in a file identified in the requirement.csv file
