On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After updating Contract Header values, the same information is not available when logging in as a Spanish user and as an English user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that independent of the selected language, information should be available for all users.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit contract with complete information in all fields.
2. Review contract to confirm information populated.
3. Change Session to another language (from English to Spanish or Spanish to English)
4. Observe that some of the contract fields do not show edited values.
