Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot see runtime messages when calling REST API

We need to be able to review the runtime messages when an API is called from Postman/SOAPUI, for example POST a new SR. There is Before Insert Trigger with calls to object functions. There are println statements in the object functions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer is expecting to see Runtime messages when calling API

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a sandbox
2. Enable runtime messages
3. Execute API with the same user that created the sandbox also specifying as a header the sandbox to be used
4. API executes in Postman
5. Runtime messages are empty
