Symptoms

Attempting to push the budget data from EPM to Fusion and it fails with the following error in the process log -

[AIF]: -------------------------------------------------------- BEGIN: Process Log From the Ess Job --------------------------------------------------------
...........................................
[AIF]: value used for ROWS parameter changed from 250 to 106
[AIF]: Record 1: Rejected - Error on table GL_BUDGET_INTERFACE.
[AIF]: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???)
.............
[AIF]: Record 2: Rejected - Error on table GL_BUDGET_INTERFACE.
[AIF]: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???) etc etc
