Some Activity Sheet Activities Are Not Viewable Through the Unifier User Interface Although They Clearly Exist in the Unifier Database (Doc ID 2994776.1)

Symptoms

There are Activity Sheets that were created in numerous projects via a shell template. The same Activity Sheet activities are updated via a business process (BP). Some of these activities cannot be seen in the Activity Sheet when viewed via the User Interface, but the same activities can be viewed and selected in the Business Process that is used to update the Activity Sheets. The same activities are also viewable in User Defined Reports (UDR's).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Activity Sheet activities that are viewable in the business process and UDR's should be visible from the Unifier user interface.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > Open a BP that is used to update activities in the Activity Sheet > Note that all activities can be viewed with this method.
  3. Navigate to Reports > User Defined Reports > run a UDR that displays activities in Activity Sheet > Note that all activities can be viewed with this method.
  4. Open the Activity Sheet > Note that some of the activities viewable with the other methods are not displayed in the User Interface.
