Customer Order With Reverse Pick in Incorrect State (Doc ID 2994857.1)

Symptoms

A Reverse Pick was externally created when a CO was cancelled externally (SOAP Service FulfilOrdColRef) and a proper Reverse Pick notification was created. However, the status in the Customer Order List screen remains unchanged.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Status should have changed to Reverse Pick

Steps to Reproduce:

Configure SIOCS: Picking Required for Customer Orders = 'Y'

1. Create a Customer Order in SIOCS, fulfilled by store stock

 


4. Notice that a Notification was created for the Reverse Pick as expected.
5. The Status of the Customer Order remains unchanged (Ready for Ship/Pickup) even with a Reverse Pick list externally created
