Access Denied Message when Attempting to Open a Second Main Document Transaction (Doc ID 2994938.1)

Symptoms

The user gets an Access Denied message when attempting to open the Transaction for a second Main Document in the Commerce process:

You have reached this page due to one of the following reasons:

Your session has timed out.
You do not have permission to view the page you were trying to access.
You have entered unsupported characters on the url like '<' or '>'.

Note, that adding multiple Main Documents to a single Commerce Process is no longer possible in new versions of CPQ. This issue affected customers who previously set this up.

Changes

 Site was Upgraded to 23 C.
