Unable To Use Follow-up Activity For Technician (Doc ID 2995179.1)

On : 23.11.2, Quota

When attempting to book a new activity as part of a new configuration to enable follow-up activities
the following error occurs.

Unable to find appropriated capacity area for the activity

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the book activity button and named it as follow-up
2. Use the book_activity actions on the button configuration
3. Create a new activity with a complete address and zip code
4. Try to book a follow-up activity using the newly created button

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the new follow-up functionality which enables technicians to perform work and determine that additional parts and follow-up are required.
