Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When user clicks on user admin functions system throwing an error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Log in Unifier and navigate to Company Workspace.
  2. Open Access Control.  Error prompt:the system could not process your request. Logging again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you still having problems.
  3. Edit User in Company Users. Error prompt: Error Code: XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX an unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request. Please Contact your System Administrator referring this error code: XXXX-XXXXXXXXXX
