Symptoms
While attempting to process payroll, the following errors are being thrown:
An internal assertion test couldn't be completed at location pyib1ec:4. Contact your help desk.
Error was encountered when processing payroll relationship XXXXXX.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the system
2. From the Home Screen, click on My Client Groups > Payroll
3. Click on 'Submit a Flow'
4. Select Legislative Data Group, search for Calculate Payroll
5. Enter Parameters and click submit
Note the Behavior Displayed
Changes
One point of note in this particular case is that for several employees, global transfers were recently performed. Which the business suspected to be the cause of the issue.
