Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Global Human Resources
HCM extracts complete with record count as 0 (no data is fetched) and the following error shows:
This process is in Completed status and the record count is 0. This may happen because the flow pattern doesn't support record actions. (PAY-1636623)
Also, in some cases, the below error message can be seen in the logs:
