Missing XOCS Custom Reports Entry Due To Incorrect Xadminprivilege Setting In Report XML (Doc ID 2995460.1)

When attempting to upload a custom Report to XOCS using the XOCS Administration and User Guide documentation, the data files are uploaded but no "Custom Report" section or entry for the report being added appears in the UI for the operator. It has been requested to validate the data files and advise what information is missing to allow the report(s) to appear.

(1) Log into XOCS instance
(2) Navigate to the "Xadmin > System Management > System Manager > Customizations" option
(3) Upload prepared file(s) to show Custom Report

At this point, no report or Custom Report heading is shown under "Xadmin > Reports"

This impact is the required report(s) are not shown in the UI for the operator.
