Unable To Validate Scorecard Dashboard Tiles (Doc ID 2995588.1)

Goal

The Scorecard Dashboard is not behaving as expected with respect to the values being calculated in the Tiles.

Some tiles (ie Percent Adjusted) are not populating, while other tiles (ie forecast bias and mean absolute percent) are not able to be validated at aggregate or low levels based on the configuration logic or documentation available.
