Create Multiple Sitemaps With Toolkit

Goal
Customer when running using toolkit the following command:
"cec create-site-map site1 -u https://www.site1.com -f /sitemap.xml -x en-x-CN ,zh-CN -m -d -e -s SERVER01 && cec create-site-map site2 -u https://www.site2.com -f /sitemap.xml -m -d -e -s SERVER01 && cec create-site-map site3 -u https://www.site4.com -f /sitemap.xml -x en-x-CN ,zh-CN -m -d -e -s SERVER01 && cec create-site-map site5 -u https://www.site5.com -f /sitemap.xml -x en-x-CN ,zh-CN -m -d -e -s SERVER01 && cec create-site-map site6 -u https://www.site6.i.com -f /sitemap.xml -x en-x-CN ,zh-CN -m -d -e -s SERVER01 && cec create-site-map site7 -u https://www.site7.com -f /sitemap.xml -x en-x-CN ,zh-CN -d -e -s SERVER01
"
1. receives the following error for the site1 site:
"ERROR: failed to get folder items FXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXA : Bad Request (ecid: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) (Thu, 19 Oct 2023 08:38:53 GMT)";
2. receives the following error for the site:
"Error: EACCES: permission denied, copyfile '/u01/cec-src/src/sitemaps/xxx/sitemap.xml' -> '/sitemap.xml' (Thu, 19 Oct 2023 09:59:29 GMT)"
