Total SOH and Available SOH is displayed Incorrectly in Spanish Language (Doc ID 2995612.1)

Goal

When the STORE_ITEM_STOCK.QUANTITY_TOTAL is greater than 1000 , Total SOH and Available SOH is displayed as 1.000(period) in Spanish Language but Total SOH and Available SOH is displayed as 1,000(comma) in English Language

Steps To Recreate:
1. Login to EICS Webclient.
2. Go to Change Language > Select Language : Spanish.
3. Go to Tasks > Lookups > Item Lookup > Enter item id that has STORE_ITEM_STOCK.QUANTITY_TOTAL higher than 1000 units.
4. Note Total SOH and Available SOH is displayed as 1.000(period) in Spanish Language but Total SOH and Available SOH is displayed as 1,000(comma) in English Language.
