FA:SCM:OM: CMK Is Not Mapping CreateCustomerInformationFlag In Payload (Doc ID 2995621.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Document Communication

Business bringing in orders via CMK.
For the order, the address needs to be dynamically created; therefore, business
needs CreateCustomerInformationFlag 'Y' which is not getting transformed in the CMK file.

When order is imported receive error:

ERROR
-----------------------
Order management did not import source order XXXXXXX because of the following error: The import cant find a value in Oracle Fusion data that matches XXXXXXXXXXX. Make sure the value youre importing matches exactly the value in Oracle Fusion data, including spaces and special characters. Redo the import.
