Symptoms
Using the CMK setups export and import functionality, cannot create a CSV file due to errors when running the ESS Import job.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Manage Collaboration Messaging Setup Data Import
Tools > Collaboration Messaging Framework > Task List > Trading Partner > Manage Collaboration Messaging Setup Data Import
2. Create a Collaboration Messaging Setup Data File > Try to generate a CSV file
3. Run Create Collaboration Messaging Setup Data File
- Import type: Oracle Supplier Network B2B Setup
- error occurs:

4. Run Create Collaboration Messaging Setup Data File with both the
parameter Import Type: Oracle Supplier Network B2B Setup. Got below error:
