Some Translation Jobs Have Been Marked as failed With Error, is there a way to still continue with failed jobs? (Doc ID 2995838.1)

We have a problem with the status of some translation jobs.

The translation process with the external translation company has been running smoothly for several months. But recently there was a problem in the reception process and some jobs were marked as “Failed”.
The company fixed it and the translation process has continued to work. The pending translations have been returned, but those jobs that were marked as wrong are now marked as "in progress", even though the file has arrived.

Whether you try to import the received file or you upload the file to OCM directly and try to import it, it always gives an error
Failed to import translation job from provider for "xxxxxx". Cannot import to translation job 'xxxxx'. (Translation job in status 'FAILED' is not ready for importing yet).

Is there a way to import the files on the failed jobs?
