Error Occurs When Trying To Navigate To 'Invoice/Item View' in Detail Matching Screen (Doc ID 2995953.1)

Symptoms

Error occurs when trying to navigate to 'Invoice/Item View' in Detail Matching screen.

ERROR

"An application error has occurred"

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create a Purchase Order (PO) for multiple items. Ensure that one of the items has zero cost.
  2. Receive zero cost item partially along with few other items.
  3. Receive all other items fully.
  4. Navigate to Summary Matching -> Detail Matching screen.
  5. Resolve discrepancy for one item which is not having zero cost in PO.
  6. Try to navigate to 'Invoice/Item View' and notice the error:
    "An application error has occurred"
  7. LOGGER_LOGS shows below error:
    "@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero@2REIM_ONLINE_MATCH_SQL.CREATE_INVC_ITEM_VIEW_WS ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero"
