MFCS - Missing Notification After Upload Completion (Code & Descriptions Update) (Doc ID 2995963.1)

Symptoms

On : 23.1 version, Merch - Foundation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MFCS - Missing notification after upload completion (code & descriptions update)

Users do not receive any notification on code & descriptions template upload completion.
Upload status is available on "Review Status" screen but no notification is raised to the user.

Note: Similar issue happens for DIFF


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A notification should be received once processing is completed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to MFCS
2. Download codes & description foundation data template
3. Add/update records in the template
4. Save and upload the template
5. Confirm the file was successfully uploaded in review status screen
6. Confirm that no notification was sent to the user informing them about the upload results

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not receive a notification once processing is completed.
