Goal

When Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) is federated with a 3rd-party Identity Provider (IdP), when a user logs in to any Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) product, a two steps prompt is required.
In the first step the user has to choose the authentication method: in this phase the user has to choose to use the 3rd-party IdP.
In the second step the user will have to perform the login in the 3rd-party login page in order to establish the session.

Is it possible to skip the first step depending on the accessed product?

More specifically, is it possible to skip such step when accessing Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)?
