Last updated on MAY 08, 2024

Applies to:

Siebel Contracts for Clinical Trial Management System Cloud Service - Version 8.1.1.10 and later

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When the Subject has been created in 'Clinical One' and then synchronized to Siebel CMTS, Siebel is resetting the Completed visits that does not fall under the category of Dynamic visits, which normally should not be deleting/resetting Completed visits.

Steps to reproduce:

1. For a Study where Clinical one integration is enabled
2. Pick a Subject that’s been created in Clinical one and moved over to CTMS
3. Verify that the Subject Integration ID is not same as Subject Row id
4. For the Subject, create two Visits (Visit 1 and Visit 2) where the ‘Repeat Number’ is ‘0’
5. For Visit 1, set the ‘Repeating’ flag to Y and Visit 2 ‘Repeating’ flag to N
6. Complete both the Visits (Set the completed flag to Y and select the completed date)
7. Update the SVT template to another Version (Protocol Amendment)
8. Make sure the new SVT version is ‘Active’
9. For the Visits created, ‘Apply version to the selected’ (Applying the new SVT to the visits that are created)
10. Check the ICD (Informed consent date) is less than the VCD (Visit completed date)
11. Schedule the Subject
12. Find that for both the Visits, Visit 1 and Visit 2 – the ‘Completed’ flag and ‘Completed date’ are reset
