Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Our resources are typically configured with Self-Assign of a single bucket, this allows them to view activities in the bucket but no visibility of other resources within that bucket. The configuration also allows resources to cancel certain activity types.
We have found that when cancelling a mass/repeating activity, the option to cancel a single activity or the whole series - for a mass activity this allows the cancellation for other resources as well.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If user has Self-Assignment flag checked, it should only have visibility of that bucket and himself, not the child resources of the bucket he is configured for. As such, user should not be allowed to cancel activities in those child resources routes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. create mass repeating activity in 3 techs (tech1, tech2, tech3) under bucket A.
2. give tech1 user Self-Assignment flag and visible resources set to bucket A.
3. logged in as tech1, confirmed i can see just tech1 route and bucket A.
4. cancelled mass activity for today in tech1 route selecting “activities for all participants for 11/10/23” (other options were “activity for tech1 for 11/10/23" and “activity series entirely”). Also, delete activity was not selected.
5. after submit we see the following situation:
- activity for 11/10/23 under tech1 appears as cancelled
- activity for 11/10/23 under tech2 and tech3 disappeared (they were deleted).

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Technicians inadvertently cancelling other technician's activities
