Inventory Adjustment Transaction TC22 Without Reason Code Created With No User Intervention (Doc ID 2996099.1)

Goal

Receiving a PO with the units unavailable, later on, when those units were made available two Inventory Adjustments TC22 transactions were created without Reason Code, and this may cause issues with the GL Export due to no mapping allowed for TC22 with no reason code.

They should have not been created because the customer did not perform any adjustment to the available bucket, only to the unavailable which caused the TC25.
