Symptoms
When attempting to create reconciliations, the following errors occur.
ERROR

At least one Profile Segment must contain a value
Duplicate Account ID found
Duplicate Account ID found
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Navigator->Application->Periods.
2. Select a period's Actions menu and select Create Reconciliations option.
3. Accept default "Create For All Profiles" by clicking on Apply button.
