Symptoms

Depreciation Method and Life values are inconstantly displayed in Prepare All 


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Load assets through FBDI, leaving method and life null

2.  Sometime later, user has selected the records via Prepare All

3.  At spreadsheet, some records have Depreciation Method and Life populated, while others are still null
