Report's PDF Displays Grid2 First Instead Of Grid1

Symptoms
A report must use the "Print All Selections" feature on the dimension Accounting Unit because expense data from the Account dimension must be organized by hundreds of bottom level members in the Accounting Unit dimension. In order for this feature to work correctly, the report must be opened in PDF.
The report requires a grand total at the bottom of the last page. In order to prevent the total from repeating itself due to "Print All Selections", the total row was moved to another grid, "Grid 2", and pulled Accounting Unit out of the POV in this grid. Despite Grid 2 being after Grid 1, which is where "Print All Selections" takes place, Grid 2 appears on the first page of the 200+ page PDF report.
